Admission Procedure

Admission Criteria:
  • Admission to Classes Pre-Nursery, Nursery & Prep is based on informal interaction with the child and the parent on merit basis.
  • Admission to Class I to III is on the merit basis of an entrance exam in English, Hindi and Mathematics conducted at the beginning of every session.
  • Admission to Class IV to VIII on the merit basis of an entrance exam in English, Science and Mathematics conducted at the beginning of every session.
Age criteria: A child should be 3 year and above as on 1st April of the year for which the child is admitted to class nursery. For classes higher than Nursery, the age criteria follows in the similar manner. 2+age group child may be admitted in “Play Group”. Students will be admitted in day-boarding /hostel only on the basic of merit.
  1. Registration form duly filled in is to be submitted to the office before the last date. Incomplete registration forms are liable to be rejected without any intimation.
  2. Admission is purely on merit and will be based on the performance of the entrance tests and students interview by a panel of members, including the student councilor.
  3. Once the name of the child is put up on the notice board as have been selected, the fee amount to be deposited by due date, failing which the seat, thus falling vacant, will be offered to a candidate on the waiting list.
  4. Apart from caution money no other part of the fee, once paid, is refundable at any stage.
Caution :
Based on the admission tests and other related criteria, the school reserves all right to admit students who are found to be fit. In all matters related to admission the decision of the director is final.
There are no agencies of persons helping in the admission of the child.

Rules and Regulation in Case of Absence and Withdrawals :
  1. 75% attendance is compulsory for all students to appear in the final examination held at the end of the academic year.
  2. No leave is granted except on an application from parents or guardians for plausible reasons only.
  3. Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than six consecutive days. Renders the students liable to have his/her  name struck of the rolls. Re-admission may be granted only of fresh admission fee, at the discretion to the director.
  4. A students returning to school after suffering from an infectious or contagious disease should produce a doctor’s certificate. Permitting him/her to attend school.
  5. Parents have to give one month’s notice for withdrawals of their wards. falling which a month’s fee in lieu of the notice will be charged .a student can also be asked to leave the school on any one of the following grounds.

    2. Unsatisfactory progress in work
